Service Description

This package is suitable for children aged 4 and under. 2 hours - exclusive use Up to 15 children (including the birthday child) 30 minutes soft play & bouncy castle 1 hour in the imaginative play café 30 minute activity disco Invitations Present for the birthday child (1 included, additional gifts can also be purchased) Squash & water included Café open for adult guests You are more than welcome to bring your own food, but would encourage you to only bring individually wrapped snacks rather than platters of food to reduce waste. 10am parties will have a snack break at 11am and 1:30pm parties will have a snack break at 2:30 so a full "lunch" isn't necessary. Optional extras: Snack packs - £2.50/child Lunch bags (Friday evening parties only) - £3.50/child Standard party bags (Just Imagine activity book, crayons, bubbles, discount voucher) - £2.50 Sensory party bags* (Standard bags + chiffon, flashing ball, shaker) - £4.50 *contents may vary

Cancellation Policy

A £25 booking fee is required at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the party date. If full payment is not received, the party will be cancelled, Just Imagine has a commitment to the safety of the children and we aim to give a high standard of service at all times. This position can only be maintained if the Client agrees to adhere to the following terms and conditions: - Parents/guardians remain responsible for their child. If they are not staying, the Client will be responsible. Child to adult ratios are as follows (child:adult): children under 5 - 3:1 5 to 12 year olds – 5:1 (Just Imagine staff are supernumerary to the recommended child/adult ratios.) - Babies/children must not be left in the sole charge of Just Imagine staff. - The Client agrees that all children and adults in attendance will follow instructions issued by the provider to maintain safety. - The Client may arrive up to 10 minutes before the party start time to set up if necessary but must be aware that children will not be permitted in the cafe or studio prior to the start time of the party. - Face paints are not permitted on or near the play equipment. Precautions to safeguard children and others (Health & Safety at Work Act, 1974: Amendment Regulations 1999) may include: - The removal of potential hazards. - The use of alternative equipment or activities (other than those specified). - The right to terminate the activities at any time. Just Imagine reserves the right to terminate all activities if ratios or age limits are not adhered to, if due care is not taken of the play or activity equipment, if premises are not deemed to be safe or due to group behaviour. Refunds will not be issued if breaches of the terms occur. In the event that Just Imagine staff are unable to attend the dates booked due to illness, vehicle breakdown or other extenuating circumstances, Just Imagine will attempt to provide cover or alternative provision. This may include alterations to planned activities. In the event cover cannot be found or alternative dates cannot be arranged, a full refund including the booking fee will be issued. In the event of cancellation or postponement, Just Imagine will not be held liable for any other costs associated with the party Cancellations made by the client up to 14 days before the date of the party will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made by the client within 14 days of the party date will not be eligible for refund.
